Bio

“My name is Rebecka Neubauer, most of my friends call me Becka or Mara. My preferred medium for art is mainly color pencil but I've been practicing more with gel pens and markers to add to my talents. I keep a sketchbook on me at all times, using it as a comfort. From a young age I picked up the habit of art and never let it go. I molded it into my best source of mental health support and expression.

If it wasn't for my friends and family, I never never would have gotten as far as I am now. My source of inspiration usually stems from music, but also mythological creatures and cryptids, as well as my favorite shows and movies. Growing up in the PNW, in a family that was always lower-middle class, I was always outside or plays video games. Camping was always loved and helped get me close with nature, but enjoying video games and fantasy was a different comfort. So, I love to combine them in my art a lot. Every day I still work toward growing my talent and challenging myself to make it better, but also appreciating every inch of my work.”
