"My name is Robert Conway! I’m a 28 year old veteran currently incarcerated at Stafford Creek Correctional Center. I’ve been drawing for over a year now learning by self-taught with helpful tips from artists here at SCCC. I spend most of my time training dogs for a company called “Brigadoon Service Dogs” and all other time drawing. At the moment my favorite medium is mixing color pencils with Sakura Koi brush pens. Most of my inspiration comes from whatever emotion I’m feeling in that moment. Like my “Jaguar” piece, I loved the emotion her and hoped to capture that relaxation feeling. Well I hope you enjoy.
